At ZIPPY, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items with original tags attached. If your new look isn't quite right, we've made the exchange and refund process fast and effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
